Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the outside provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may include an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the service and understand page use. Basic analytics or advertising measurement may use cookies or similar technology.
How Information Is Used
Information supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and improvements. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to county or state portals, library collections, archives, and external search tools. Those organizations control information submitted on their services under their own policies. That includes sponsored search results supplied by another company.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and support providers process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. Other disclosure occurs only when valid legal process requires it.
Safeguards
The site uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the purposes described here. Because there are no accounts, this service does not maintain a visitor password or personal profile.
Users Under 18
This service is for adults and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has sent information so it can be removed.
Your Data Rights
Depending on residence, a visitor may have rights to access, correct, or delete data kept by a website. Research identified no general Ohio consumer-privacy statute or statewide data-broker deletion system. Since we keep very little, a request normally means checking the contact mailbox and applicable logs, then removing what is found. Use the Contact page. Ohio state, county, and city public records are outside our control; direct removal requests to their custodian.
Updates to This Policy
Policy changes appear here. Continued use after an update signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
